Leisure Services Manager Gil Spence advises that Flora Park horseshoe courts have
received the Horseshoe Court Sanction Certificate from the National Horseshoe
Pitchers Association of America which will allow sanctioned leagues and tournaments.

SUBJECT: Flora Park Horseshoe Courts
Attached is a certificate received from the national Horseshoe Pitchers Association of
America granting the Flora Park horseshoe courts a full court sanction to conduct
sanctioned leagues and tournaments.
You will recall that the courts were redone to allow for state tournament play. This
certificate shows we did the reconstruction right.
