John White has informed me that there is a hearing regarding his property on Burch Street
scheduled for Monday, August 27, 2007. Because of health reasons, I am unable to attend this meeting
and will also no longer be able to represent Mr. White on this -natter. I am therefore requesting that you
continue this hearing for approximately two weeks in order for Mr. White to obtain a new attorney.
