SUBJECT: 409 Burch Street
Due to health reasons, Attorney Joseph Bitter is unable to continue representing Mr.
John White, the owner of 409 Burch Street. For that reason, Attorney Bitter requested a
two-week continuance of the hearing that was scheduled for August 27, 2007.
I respectfully recommend that the Mayor and City Council set a date for a hearing to
determine whether 409 Burch Street is a public nuisance according to Chapters 23 and
26 of the Dubuque Code of Ordinances.
