This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that her yard was damaged as a result of a
water main break on Florence Street.
According to the report of Brant Schueller, Water Distribution Supervisor, it is Mr.
Schueller's recommendation that City of Dubuque Water Department Staff repair the
damaged yard in the Spring 2015. The City Attorney's Office concurs with this
recommendation.
