Holly M. Elliott My family and I suffered through a house fire this past Sunday night.
Everyone is safe and that is the most important thing. As a career public
sen~ant, v~hQ is well aware of the fact that we are rarely. if ever, thanked for
what we do, I wanted to publicly thank the Police and Fire Departments for
their professional response to our emergency. Not only did they save our
house, they managed to comfort my children in the process. I particularly
wish to thank Scott Neyens and Mark Ludescher for their personal touch. It
was extremely comforting to my children to be able to talk to Mark and have
explained to them exactly what was happening. I believe it meant a lot to
them and I appreciate Mark making this special effort in light of the chaos
that was surrounding us. This is obviously very important to Dan and I and I
wanted to thank you for your professional services and the care in which you
chose to do your job.
