1, Terrence J. Hirsch, County Auditor
and Commissioner of Elections, do here-
by testify that on Tuesday, the 3rd day
of June, 1980 in the City of Dubuque an
election was held on the following pro-
position to wit: Shall the following public
measure be adopted? "Shall the City of
Dubuque, Iowa change its form of
Municipal Government from the present
Council -Manager -At -Large form to Coun-
cil -Manager -Ward form of Municipal
Government?"
I certify that official canvass of said
election was held in the Dubuque County
Court House, Dubuque, Iowa, on Mon-
day, the 9th day of June, 1980.
