This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as a City of Dubuque dump truck was
driving on Merchants Lane, the truck caught and tore power lines off of claimant's
garage.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
