Re: Acceptance of Deed for Library Parking Lot from Greg and Peggy
Stover
The City entered into a Purchase Agreement with Greg and Peggy Stover for the
purchase of a parking lot on Bluff Street for the Library. We closed on that purchase on
December 22. 2006.
Enclosed is a resolution accepting the deed to the property.
I recommend that the City Council adopt the resolution.
