Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant's attorney alleges that as claimant's husband was
wheeling claimant down a wheelchair accessible ramp located near the Grand River
Conference Center, claimant's wheelchair tipped over due to the unevenness of the
ramp, causing claimant to hit the side of her head near her eye.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
