Property Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant states that his sewer drainpipe broke where it
connects to the sewer main under Lincoln Avenue. He alleges that this is causing the
sewer to back-up into his basement. He believes this was caused from the work done
on Lincoln Avenue several years ago.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
