BACKGROUND Regarding the listed businesses, the following is a summary of activity since their last renewal. The following key provides a brief description of those calls for service displaying four key areas of concern. Additionally there was one individual alcohol violation and no alcohol violations against the business. ACTION REQUESTED Action requested is for City Council consideration to approve the annual liquor license renewal for Bowling & Beyond, 1860 Hawthorne Street; Cue Masters Billiards, 900 Central Avenue; Holiday Inn Dubuque Five Flags, 450 Main Street; Hy-Vee Gas #2, 2435 Northwest Arterial; Mario's Italian Restaurant, 1298 Main Street and Moracco, 1413 Rockdale Road.
