~«i~~,;~~..~, is DOG PARK VIDEO STATEMENT
On May 31 Sr 2007 a screen was installed to prevent the dogs from
barking in the Grandview dog park. The videos on this cd were all
taken after the installation.
Tom Richards and Roger Ruden hereby state and will testify under
oath that the videos they shot that are on this cd, contain only
barking noise from dogs in the Grandview dog park and none of
these videos contains any barking from the Aspen Ct.
neighborhood. The Aspen Ct. Neighbors never had a barking dog
problem until the dog park opened.
You will see in these videos that the screen did not stop the dogs
from barking. Nothing has changed. You will probably get sick of
hearing barking dogs after a few videos, but it is very important
that you view all 17 videos so you can get an idea of what we are
being exposed to.
Nine of these videos were actually taken from within the Ruden
Residence, the other eight were taken from our yards and decks.
Now imagine trying to enjoy your property under these conditions.
The fact is. We no longer feel comfortable in our own homes.
What family in this city would not object to a parade of barking
dogs located 16S feet from their bedroom, kitchen, and dinning
room windows?
Sincerely: The Aspen Ct. Residents.
