The meeting was called to order at 4:06 P.M. by Jack Papin, and announced that it was
being conducted in accordance with Iowa Open Meetings Law. Order of business was as
follows:
Minutes of last meeting were read and motion made by Start Gonner to accept as
read, seconded by Dan Harris, approved by all members present.
This meeting was called to have Gary Sejkora, P.E. from IIW Engineers, provide the
Board information on SDR 26 compared to PVC 40 and other plastic pipe.
Harland made motion to accept SDR 26 for building sewer laterals only, and that it
must meet the same criteria as required for Sch. 40 PVC- bedding, pitch etc. Jack
Papin seconded motion.
Vote was as follows: Ayes: H. Willenborg, D. Harris, J. Papin Nays: S. Gonner
Motion passed.
Motion to adjourn was made by Dan Harris, seconded by Start Gonner. Meeting adjourned
at 5:20 P.M.
