Attached is a list of the properties along with the owners name, parcel number, address, assessed value,petitioned
value and the class of the property for each protest.
This notification is required under 441.37A(1) d of the Code of Iowa. The appeals are for 2014 assessments of value
and would affect taxes beginning in the fall of 2015 and the spring of 2016. All of these appeals are a continuance of
2013 appeals.
