Present: Commissioners: Dan White, Mary Lynn Neuhaus, Betty Takes (arrived at 1:45 p.m.)
Also present: Randy Peck, Rick Steines, Doug Hughes, Mark Burkle, Kevin Esser, Kyle Mueller,
Jake Reiff
1. Approval of Minutes from meeting of November 5, 2015. Motion by Neuhaus to approve as
submitted. Second by White. Motion carried 3-0.
2. Schedule an entrance examination for the position of Scale Operator. Motion by Neuhaus to set
the application deadline for January 15, 2016 at 5 p.m. with an exam date of January 25, 2016.
Commissioner Neuhaus to proctor. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.
3. Schedule an entrance examination for the position of Lead Mechanic. Motion by Neuhaus to set
the application deadline for December 30, 2015 at 5 p.m. with an exam date of January 11, 2016.
Commissioner White to proctor. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.
4. Establish the passing scores for the Fire Promotional examinations of Fire Equipment Operator
and Medical Officer. Motion by White to approve the passing score for Fire Equipment Operator
at 67 and above correct answers and certify the list for Fire Equipment Operator. Second by
Neuhaus. Motion by Takes to approve the passing score for Medical Officer at 68 and above
correct answers and certify the list for Medical Officer. Second by Neuhaus. Motion carried 3-0.
5. Recertify the list for the position of Firefighter. Motion by Neuhaus to recertify the list for the
position of Firefighter as the names did not appear in the correct order on the initial list. Second
by White. Motion carried 3-0.
5. Adjournment. Motion by Neuhaus to adjourn at 1:50 p.m. Second by White. Motion carried 3-0.
