This is a claim in which the claimant states her daughter, Sarah, was involved in an
accident at the intersection of Asbury and Cherry Streets. Claimant feels that the
parked cars near the intersection were parked illegally, obstructing Sarah's vision, and
therefore causing the accident
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
