1. Re-approval of minutes from meeting of November 5, 2015 due to an incorrect date. Motion by
Takes to approve as submitted. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.
2. Approval of minutes from December 7, 2015 meeting. Motion by Takes to approve as submitted.
Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.

3. Schedule an entrance examination for the position of Water Distribution Equipment Operator.
Motion by White to set the application deadline for January 22, 2016 at 5 p.m. with an exam date j
of February 3, 2016. Commissioner White to proctor. Second by Takes. Motion carried 2-0. 1
4. Schedule an entrance examination for the position of Serviceworker. Motion by Takes to set the
application deadline for January 8, 2016 at 5 p.m. with an exam date of January 20, 2016.
Commissioner White to proctor. Second by Takes. Motion carried 2-0.
5. Schedule the date for an Appeal Hearing for Randy Hancock. Motion by Takes to set the appeal
hearing date.for January 8, 2016 at 1 p.m. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.
5. Adjournment. Motion by Takes to adjourn at 3:11 p.m. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.
