Poison Free Parks Information and Call to Action: City Manager recommending the for- mation of a City Work Group to draft an Integrated Pest Man- agement Plan for the city to be presented to the City Council for approval by July 1, 2015. It is also recommended that the Park and Recreation Commission as well as the Environmental Stewardship Advisory Commission appoint one representative each to the work group in addition to a mem- ber of the Dubuque Poison Free Parks group.
