1. Approval of minutes from the January 8, 2016 meeting. Motion by Neuhaus to approve as
submitted. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.
3. Schedule promotional examinations for the positions of Police Lieutenant and Police Captain.
Motion by Neuhaus to set the promotional exam for Police Captain on May 4, 2016 at 6 p.m. and
Police Lieutenant on May 11, 2016 at 6 p.m. as recommended. Second by White. Motion carried
2-0.
4. Schedule a promotional examination for the position of Sewer Maintenance Foreman. Motion by
Neuhaus to set the application deadline for February 26, 2016 at 5 p.m. with an exam date of j
March 10, 2016. Commissioner White to proctor. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.
5. Schedule a promotional examination for the position of Foreman. Motion by Neuhaus to set the j
application deadline for March 11, 2016 at 5 p.m. with an exam date of March 24, 2016. Second
by White. Commissioner Neuhaus to proctor. Motion carried 2-0.
5. Schedule a promotional examination for the position of Inspector II. This will be a "take-home"
style exam. Motion by Neuhaus authorizing Personnel Director Randy Peck to set the date for
submission of applications and the exam deadline date. Motion carried 2-0.
6. Schedule an entrance examination for the position of Landfill Equipment Operator. Motion by
Neuhaus to set the application deadline for March 25, 2016 at 5 p.m. with an exam date of April 5,
2016. Second by White. Commissioner White to proctor. Motion carried 2-0.
7. Schedule an entrance examination for the position of Public Safety Dispatcher. Motion by
Neuhaus to set the application deadline for March 4, 2016 at 5 p.m. with an exam date of March
30, 2016. Second by White. Commissioner Neuhaus to proctor. Motion carried 2-0.
8. Establish the passing score for the position of Lab Technician. Motion by White to set a passing
point of 49.5% and certify the list for Lab Technician as read for two years. Second by Neuhaus.
Motion carried 2-0.
9. Establish the passing score for the position of Lead Mechanic. Motion by Neuhaus to set a
passing point of 92 (71.3%)-and above correct answers and certify the list for Lead Mechanic as
read for two years. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.

10.Establish the passing score for the position of Serviceworker. Motion by Neuhaus to set a passing
point of 58 (69.9%) and above correct answers and certify the list for Serviceworker as read for two
years. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.
11.Establish the passing score for the position of Scale Operator. Motion by White to set a passing point
of 70 (70%) and above correct answers and certify the list for Scale Operator as read for two years.
Second by Neuhaus. Motion carried 2-0.
12.Adjournment. Motion by White to adjourn at 1:35 p.m. Second by Neuhaus. Motion carried 2-0.
