Also present: Randy Peck, John Klostermann
1. Approval of minutes from the February 11, 2016 meeting. Motion by Neuhaus to approve as
submitted. Second by Takes. Motion carried 2-0.
2. Establish the passing score for the position of Water Distribution Equipment Operator. Motion by
Takes to set a passing point of 37 (69.8%) and above correct answers and certify the list for
Water Distribution Equipment Operator as read for two years. Second by Neuhaus.
Motion carried 2-0.
3. Modify the examination rules for the position of Sewer Maintenance Foreman. Personnel Director
Randy Peck explained the new classification for the position of Sewer Maintenance Foreman and
how it pertains to examination rules. Motion by Neuhaus to accept the new classification of Sewer
Maintenance Foreman as explained. Second by Takes.
Motion carried 2-0.
4. Adjournment. Motion by Takes to adjourn at 2:15 p.m. Second by Neuhaus. Motion carried 2-0.
