1. City of Dubuque Fiscal Year 2017 Recommended Budget as Amended
Proof of publication on notice of public hearing to consider approval of the Fiscal Year
2017 Recommended Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program (July 1, 2017
through June 30, 2021) and the City Manager recommending approval.
Correspondence from the Long Range Planning Advisory Commission advising that the
