Meeting was called to order at 4:07 P.M. by Chairman Giese and announced that it was being
conducted in accordance with Iowa Open Meetings Law. Minutes of last meeting were read and
motion made by Dave Grothe, seconded by Harlan Willenborg to accept as read. Order of business
was as follows:
Dave Grothe made a motion to add the Journeyman Sheet Metal test to the list of
competencies offered by the City, and grandfather into this class anyone already possessing
a competency in B1, B2, I, B, H, 2, 4, 7 or 8. Motion was seconded by Tom Giese. Motion
