City Manager recommending the sale of $1,000,000 General Obligation Bonds for the Main Street reconstruction project. Buol moved adoption of Resolution No. 95-02 Direct- ing sale of $1,000,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series_ 2002B. Seconded by Mark- ham. Motion carried 5 - 0. Mayor Pro-Tem Michalski entered the meeting at 6:20 p.m. The Civic Center Division, Recreation Division, Park Division, Information Services Department and Cable TV Division budgets were pre sented arid discussed.
