This is a claim in which the claimant states that as its insured, Marry Maas, was
westbound on East 12th Street, Officer Ed Baker was heading north on Jackson Street,
pulled from a stop sign and collided with Mr. Maas' vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
