Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant states that he was traveling north on Dell Street as
a City truck, ddven by Sanitation Driver Robert Schiel, was backing up in an easterly
direction on Arlington Street, and the two vehicles collided.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
