This is a claim in which the claimant states that their living room carpet, wood trim and
walls, as well as their kitchen walls suffered water damage as a result of their water
meter being relocated to the outside of their home, per the City's request.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
