It has been discovered that some of the tables were lacking information or contained errors. Building Services Manager Todd Carr recommends rescission of Resolution No. 84-16 and approval of a new resolution correcting the errors. Upon review of this approved resolution I found tables lacking fee information, and calculation errors in regards to the 10% increase. The new attached Resolution upon your approval will need to be submitted to City Council for approval. Discussion: I have attached the original Resolution NO. 84-16 Permit Fee increases with highlighted sections in red ink where the errors occurred with the price corrections. The new Resolution rescinding Resolution NO 84-16 has been submitted with this Memo with all the corrections being made to display the proper fee schedule per category. Action Step: I respectfully recommend approval of this new Resolution that is attached to correct the errors which were made in Resolution NO. 84-16.
