Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant states that she was walking through the Town
Clock Plaza, which was busy with pedestrian traffic, and fell on a curb, injuring herself.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
