This is a claim in which the claimant states that there is a defect in the sidewalk located
in front of 220 North Grandview. As claimant was running, her foot slipped into a hole in
the sidewalk, and claimant broke her foot.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
