This is a claim in which claimant alleges that a watermain break that occurred April 2,
2016 on Queen Street forced claimant to temporarily close her cafe at 609 East 22nd
Street and caused damage to the property, its contents and equipment, as well as the
foundation wall.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool
