City Engineer Gus Psihoyos recommends that the award for the Timber-Hyrst Estates #4 North and South Line Creek Crossings Project be officially recorded in the minutes of the City Council. The siphons will connect an 18" interceptor sewer to the Timber-Hyrst Estates phase #4 sanitary sewer lines. The following is a summary for the North and South Line Creek Crossing project as follows: Contractor Bid Results Gansen Excavating, Inc. $ 139,457.00 Miller Trucking & Excavating, Co. $ 168,155.00 Tschiggfrie Excavating, Co. $ 191,098.45 Connolly Construction, Inc. $ 199,990.25 Through the competitive quotation process for public improvements, this project was awarded on April 29, 2016 to Gansen Excavating, Inc. of Dubuque, Iowa, in the amount of $139,457.00.
