Through the competitive quotation process for public improvements, the Truck Country
Sanitary Sewer North Extension Project was awarded on May 12, 2016, to Top Grade
Excavating, Inc., in the amount of$44,186.40.
City Engineer Gus Psihoyos recommends that the award for the Truck Country Sanitary
Sewer North Extension Project be officially recorded in the minutes of the City Council.
I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council
approval.

SUBJECT: Truck Country Sanitary Sewer North Extension
The Truck Country Sanitary Sewer North Extension will provide 429.2 linear feet of 8 inch
sanitary sewer PVC and the installation of five manholes. This extension will provide
sanitary sewer to four properties adjacent to the north of the Truck Country property.
