Commissioner Wagner moved to approve the minutes of the January 25, 2016
Commission meeting and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Blocker. AYES: All.

02. KONRARDY LEASE AGREEMENT RESOLUTION
Commissioner Wagner made a motion to open the public hearing for the lease
agreement with Konrardy Properties, LLC. Commissioner Even seconded the
motion. AYES: All. NAYS: None.
After discussion, Commissioner Wagner motioned to close the public hearing and
Commissioner Even seconded the motion. AYES: All. NAYS: None.
Commissioner Wagner made a motion to approve Resolution A100-2-2016,
Proposed Lease Assignment with Konrardy Properties, LLC. Commissioner
Blocker seconded the motion. AYES: All.

03.CONSTRUCT LANDSIDE FACILITIES ENGINEERING AMENDMENT
RESOLUTION
Commissioner Wagner made a motion to approve Resolution A300-1-2016
Authorizing an Amendment to Original Agreement for Engineering Services for New
Terminal Construct Landside Facilities and Commissioner Even seconded the
motion. AYES: All. NAYES: None.
DISCUSSION
04. MANAGER'S UPDATE
Airport Manager Grierson notified the Commission that he will be in Washington,
DC in March meeting with legislators representing the Iowa Public Airports
Association. The B-29 (FIFI) and four other aircraft will be at the Airport July 18 — 21
and NATA will be here July 21 — 24.
05.CORRESPONDENCE
None.

The next scheduled Commission meeting tentative date is March 28, 2016 at 4:00 p.m.
Commissioner Blocker moved to adjourn and this motion was seconded by Commissioner
