Commissioner Brotherton moved to approve the minutes of the December 14, 2015
Commission meeting and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Blocker. AYES: All.

02.CORPORATE HANGAR PUBLIC HEARING RESOLUTION
Commissioner Brotherton made a motion to open the public hearing for the lease
agreement with Konrardy Properties, LLC. Commissioner Blocker seconded the
motion. AYES: All. NAYS: None.
After discussion, Commissioner Brotherton motioned to close the public hearing
and Commissioner Blocker seconded the motion. AYES: All. NAYS: None.
Commissioner Brotherton made a motion to approve Resolution A100-1-2016
Intent to Dispose of an Interest in Real Property by Lease Agreement with Konrardy
Properties, LLC. Commissioner Blocker seconded the motion. AYES: All.

03.FAA ACIP FY17 DATA SHEETS APPLICATION
Commissioner Blocker made a motion to approve Resolution A200-1-2016
Endorsement of Federal Aviation Administration Airport Capital Improvement
Program Application for the Dubuque Airport Commission and Commissioner
Brotherton seconded the motion. AYES: All. NAYES: None.
DISCUSSION
04. MANAGER'S UPDATE
Airport Manager Grierson notified the Commission that the triennial drill will be held
on April 26th. The Airport budget hearing with the City Council will be held on
February 10tH

The next scheduled Commission meeting tentative date is February 22, 2016 at 4:00 p.m.
