Commissioner Brotherton moved to approve the minutes of the February 22, 2016

ACTION ITEMS
02. APPROVE FY17 CSVI RESOLUTION
Commissioner Wagner made a motion to approve Resolution A400-1-2016, For
Endorsement of Commercial Service Vertical Infrastructure (CSVI) Application for
the Dubuque Airport Commission. Commissioner Brotherton seconded the motion.

03. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND INPUT FOR CITY COUNCIL GOAL
SETTING
Airport Manager Grierson presented the information on the input for City Council

goal setting to the Commissioners on a CD for their usage.
04. MANAGER'S UPDATE
Airport Manager Grierson gave the Commission an update on his recent
attendance at the Mead and Hunt Air Service Conference. Bids were recently
received for the purchase of a replacement 100LL fuel truck. Two bids were
received ($108,500 and $105,500). The bid will be awarded to Westmor Fluid
Solutions, LLC located in Columbus, MN. The New Terminal Facility grand
opening ceremony was discussed.

The next scheduled Commission meeting tentative date is May 23, 2016 at 4:00 p.m.
Commissioner Blocker moved to adjourn and this motion was seconded by Commissioner
Wagner. AYES: All. NAYS: None.
