Chairman Holz called the meeting to order at approximately 7:30 a.m. following staff
assurance of compliance with Iowa Open Meeting Law.

Kris Neyen, Rehabilitation Supervisor, tabled this agenda item until the next meeting.
Correspondence / Public Input

Old Business
Neyen provided the Commissioners updates on Trust Fund and Rehab Activities. She
explained the process of obtaining the petitioned properties located at 1069 Vernon and 2249
Harold.
New Business
Neyen discussed the 2017 HTF Application with Commissioners. Neyen requested input
regarding the 2017 HTF Application mirroring the 2016 HTF Application as far as applicants
below 30% median income still having the option to be homeowners City-wide.
