This is a claim in which the claimant states that she was walking near Walker Shoe
Store located at 756 Town Clock Plaza and fell due to uneven concrete, resulting in two
broken ribs.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
