The Dubuque Eagles "Eyes on the Future" committee selects, Bill Kelly, Past President of the Dubuque Eagles, and who has been employed
by the City of Dubuque for 42 years, as a special person who makes a difference in the lives of others. Bill has been a special supporter of
1 the Eagles"Eyes on the Future's"passionate causes,helping raise money each year,with the help of his fellow city workers,for the Mentors
Christmas Party,our Scholarship Fund;BIH and Connie Kelly have helped us ring bells for the Salvation Army;Bill has helped us for many years
with our Charity Fish Fries, and helped whenever called upon to assist with our special projects for needy children. Making a difference in
people's lives is what a Difference Maker is all about;this is what Bill Kelly is all about
