Present: Commissioners Dan White and Mary Lynn Neuhaus

1. Approval of minutes from the June 2, 2016 meeting. Motion by Neuhaus to approve as submitted.
Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.
2. Certify the lists for the positons of Police Lieutenant and Police Captain. Promotional exams were
given on May 4, 2016 and May 11, 2016. Motion by Neuhaus to certify the list of top eight
candidates for Police Lieutenant and top ten candidates for Police Captain based on combined
test and interview scores. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.
3. Schedule promotional examinations for the positions of Medical Officer, Fire Lieutenant, Fire Captain,
EMS Supervisor, Assistant Fire Chief, and Assistant Fire Marshal. Motion by Neuhaus to set the
exam date for the positions of Fire Lieutenant, Assistant Fire Chief, and Assistant Fire Marshal as
August 30, 2016 and the exam date for Medical Officer, Fire Captain and EMS Supervisor as August
31, 2016. Commissioner White to proctor. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.
4. Schedule an entrance examination for the position of Confidential Account Clerk- (No action taken).
4. Adjournment. Motion by White to adjourn at 4:15 p.m. Second by Neuhaus. Motion carried 2-0.
