CITY COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS
SPECIAL SESSION
The Dubuque City Council met in special session at 5:30 p.m. on July 26, 2016 in
Conference Room B, City Hall, 50 W. 13th Street.
Present: Mayor Buol; Council Members Connors, Del Toro, Jones, Lynch, Resnick,
Rios; City Manager Van Milligen, City Attorney Lindahl
Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called
for the purpose of conducting a closed session for professional evaluations pursuant to
Chapter 21 .5(1)(i) Code of Iowa.
CLOSED SESSION
Motion by Jones to enter into closed session at 5:31 p.m. to conduct professional
evaluations pursuant to Chapter 21 .5(1)(i) Code of Iowa. Seconded by Resnick. Motion
carried 7-0.
Upon motion the City Council reconvened in open session at 7:03 p.m. stating that the
professional evaluations had been completed.
There being no further business, upon motion the City Council adjourned at 7:04 p.m.
