Dubuque Path Forward The Air Quality group volunteered to EPA’s PM Advance program and created Air Quality Plan for Dubuque Metro area. Update The Path Forward Plan will be updated with initiatives that will help the Metro área be in attainment by taking into consideration the new EPA standards.
