This is a claim in which the claimant states that after City repaired a watermain break in
front of 2731 Mineral Street on or around March 12 and March 15, 2002, claimant's water
heater pressure valve released, spraying water across the furnace room floor, which ran
under the wall and damaged the recreation room carpet.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
