This is a claim in which the claimant states that his wife was stopped at the stop sign on
Mt. Loretta at Bryant. City bus was turning left onto Mt. Loretta from Bryant, and scraped
the rear driver's side of the Foley vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
