This is a lawsuit in which the claimant states that she stepped into an unmarked drainage
culvert on the City's property near Gilliam Street and West Street which caused her to fall
and severely injure her left arm and elbow.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
