INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this memorandum is to request the opportunity for HR Cook, SMG
Regional General Manager to share a quarterly report on the Five Flags Civic Center
with the City Council.
DISCUSSION
HR Cook requested the opportunity to make quarterly reports to the City Council. SMG
management continues to work hard as our partner and HR wants to keep the Council
updated on finances, events being scheduled, and he has lots of exciting news to share.
The City Council has made the Five Flags Civic Center Study a top priority for 2016 —
2018. This report will keep the Council up-to-date on the activities of Five Flags and the
study's progress.
ACTION TO BE TAKEN
I respectfully request the opportunity for a Quarterly Report of the Five Flags Civic
Center activities to be placed on the City Council agenda.
