Present: Mayor Buol; Council Members Con- nors, Del Toro, Jones, Lynch, Resnick; City Manager Van Milligen, City Attorney Brumwell Absent: Council Mem- ber Rios Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called for the purpose of con- ducting a work session on the Source of In- come Report. WORK SESSION , Source of Income Preliminary Report and Options City Manager Van Milligen introduced the work session with an overview of the history and activities of the Source of Income (S01) Committee. Housing and Community Devel- opment Department Di- rector Alvin Nash, Hu- man Rights Director Kelly Larson, City At- torney Crenna Brum- well and Planning Serv- ices Manager Laura Carstens, Assisted Housing Supervisor Ja- net Walker, and SOI Committee Members Patrick Norton, Tom LoGuidice, and John Pregler then conducted the work session. The City Council con- curred on Preliminary Option #4 as a baseline nd directed staff to ontinue work on ex- anding upon that op - ion.
