Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant states that as she was driving up Loras Boulevard, a
vehicle stopped in front of her. She "hit her brakes" to avoid hitting the vehicle, and a City
of Dubuque Police squad then hit the back of her vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
